Pastor J. Anthony Gilbert (President)

Pastor J. Anthony Gilbert is an on fire minister of the word of God whose passion is to restore honor back to God’s house by bringing a fresh spirit of revival through his ministry. His preaching is known as inspirational and prophetic. He is a graduate of World Harvest Bible College where Pastor Rod Parsley is the president. He also has a Bachelors in Applied Theology from Logos Christian College in Jacksonville Florida. He is currently pursuing his Doctorate in Practical Theology. He had a pastored at Rock of Revelation Church in Olean NY from 2001-2014 and also served as president of Kingdom Convergence which is a ecumenical conglomerate of Pastors and Ministers coming together to further the kingdom. In 2014 God called Pastor Gilbert and his family to Pittsburgh Pa to serve at Covenant Church of Pittsburgh where Bishop Joseph Garlington resides as Pastor. As of November 2015 they have been pastoring Another Level Ministries. He is also the president of Another Level Bible Institute which was established in 2020. Pastor Jay works closely with Cornerstone Television Network serving on the panel of Hard Questions, Life in a Post Roe World, Signs of the Times, Unscripted Faith and currently serves as the Executive Director of Winds of Change CTVN’s Fundraiser. Pastor Jay serves as the President of the newly founded East Liberty Women’s Care Center/ Voices For The Unborn which he and his wife founded together. He currently resides in Pittsburgh with his wife Tiffany and their two sons.


Dr. Van Gayton (Resident Theologian)

Dr. Van Gayton has over 40 years of experience as a professor, pastor, and conference speaker, teaching and training students and leaders all over the world. With a desire to educate and be educated, Dr. Gayton holds a number of Master and Doctorate degrees in Theology, most recently receiving a Doctor of Ministry from Reformed Theological Seminary. He has taught subjects such as Philosophy of Religion at Jamestown Community College, The African American Religious Experience at the University at Buffalo and The Bible and Race at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary as well as Theology to high school students as their teacher and principal.


Currently, Dr. Gayton is the academic dean at the William’s Bible Institute and Seminary in Jacksonville, Florida. He hosts a weekly television show called Power Principles on Impact Network and weekly Christian radio shows in Jacksonville and Lake City Florida.


Van was raised and ordained in the Church of God In Christ and is also an ordained clergy in the Evangelical Episcopal Church.


Dr. Gayton has traveled extensively including Africa, Europe, Central America and South America, speaking and teaching in leadership seminars for clergy. He traveled to Turkey with a Muslim delegation to participate in dialogue for understanding between the Muslim and Christian religions. He has worked with Third Millennium, an organization which provides “a seminary in a box” for pastors and church leaders in countries that lack sufficient training resources. Dr. Gayton has lectured at several universities and churches for Black History Month including Harvard Divinity School, Niagara University, University at Buffalo, UCLA, and the University of Pennsylvania. He was on the Board of Directors for the Institute of Religion and

Public Policy in Washington D.C., a think tank that was nominated for the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize. He is also a member of the Alliance for Black Pentecostal Scholarship.


Van has been married to his high school sweetheart, Ellen, for 50 years and has a daughter, Tabetha, and granddaughter, Jasmine. When Van is not at school, he enjoys taking walks with Ellen, reading, exercising and being on the golf course.


Dr. Winston Craig (Dean)

Winford Craig, Ph.D., is a Pittsburgh native dedicated to faith, leadership, and education. He and his wife, Renee, are the proud parents of four adult children with successful careers and three grandchildren. A committed servant of Jesus Christ, Winford has pursued extensive theological and academic training, earning a bachelor’s degree, an MTS, an MA, and a Ph.D. 

He has held multiple leadership roles at the Covenant Church of Pittsburgh (CCOP) under Bishop Joseph Garlington, who ordained him as an associate pastor and commissioned him to co-author a new theological program, The School of David. During his tenure, the school experienced significant growth and partnered with the Reform Presbyterian Theological Seminary to offer core courses. Winford also served as an instructor at the Africa National Pastoral Conference in Johannesburg. He now attends Another Level Ministries under Pastors Jay and Tiffany Gilbert, where he seeks to support the development of the Another Level Ministries Biblical Institute. 

 

In the academic and civic arenas, Winford has taught entrepreneurship and network infrastructure at both a local university and community college. Winford is the director of the Urban League of Greater Pittsburgh Tech Academy, which serves over 400 students per year. He also served as chair of the City of Pittsburgh Human Relations Commission, an enforcement agency for the EEOC and HUD.
